  • Travel time - Our gift card packages include 1 hour total travel time from our offices (Box Hill/ Eltham) , if additional travel time is required, additional fees ($82 per additional hour) may apply. View service area.
  • Personal information - By purchasing this gift card, you confirm that you have the recipient’s permission to provide their personal details. These details will be used to create a provisional client record, which will be verified at time of booking or service delivery.
  • Cancellation/Reschedules - If for any reason our team member is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative day/time. If you are not available for a scheduled service, please cancel by calling us 03 9430 9100. If services are cancelled less than 24 hours from your scheduled service, you will be charged for the service.
