A Safe and Comfortable Experience for Everyone
To ensure the best care and a safe environment for all, we kindly ask our clients to agree to the following:
- Health and Safety First – Our support workers are regularly screened for COVID-19, use hand sanitizer before and after each shift, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including masks. Before entering your home, they will also conduct a quick verbal health screen.
- Keeping Things Safe – For Occupational Health and Safety reasons, our support workers are unable to climb or use step ladders. To prevent accidental damage, we ask that any valuables or fragile items be moved before dusting begins. We will ask you some questions about your home when making the appointment to make sure our staff can meet your needs.
- Eco-Friendly and Safe Cleaning – Please provide environmentally friendly cleaning products along with safe and functional equipment (such as a vacuum and mop) for our team to use.
- Travel time - Our gift card packages include 1 hour total travel time from our offices (Box Hill/ Eltham) , if additional travel time is required, additional fees ($82 per additional hour) may apply. View service area.
- Personal information - By purchasing this gift card, you confirm that you have the recipient’s permission to provide their personal details. These details will be used to create a provisional client record, which will be verified at time of booking or service delivery.
- Cancellation/Reschedules: If for any reason our team member is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative day/time. If you are not available for a scheduled service, please cancel by calling us 03 9430 9100. If services are cancelled less than 24 hours from your scheduled service, you will be charged for the service.
