Physiotherapy Introduction to Balance and Strength (PIBS)

Providing a supervised and structured introduction to exercise

Our PIBS group caters for people with additional needs and those who are frail and require extra support in a supporting and nurturing environment.

The program is suitable for:

● Mobile adults

● People with additional needs

● The frail or elderly

● People recovering from injury

● People with a disability

When is the group held?
The Introduction to Balance and Strength group runs Mondays from 1.00pm to 2.00pm for a seven to eight week duration at our Box Hill location – 43 Carrington Rd, Box Hill.

GLA:D™ Australia knee & hip Osteoarthritis treatment

Manage knee and hip pain


GLA:D™ Australia is an education and exercise program for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms.


Our Physiotherapy team provides education and exercise to prevent symptoms from getting worse and reduce pain. The program includes two group exercise sessions per week over a duration of six weeks.

The program is suitable for:

  • People living with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms
  • People considering surgery

Empowering you through exercise

Our Active Movers Gym transition aims to help people with chronic conditions lead a healthier lifestyle and reduce risk of future health issues through assessment, education and exercise.

When is the group held?

Online – Mondays and Wednesday

Onsite: Every Wednesday and Friday at 10.00am at our Eltham location – 917 Main Rd, Eltham.
