Personal Support

Our qualified and dedicated team can provide support with daily living activities like showering, managing and taking medication, recreational activities and accessing the community to enable you or someone you care for to live with dignity in their own home.

Domestic Assistance

Our respectful and efficient team provides general housekeeping tasks. These include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning wet areas and kitchen benches, laundry, basic ironing, and other housekeeping as required.

Meal Preparation

We can plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with shopping to help you maintain a diet that you are used to in the comfort of your home. Your level of participation is up to you; we can plan and prepare meals together or on your behalf.

Home Maintenance

Home maintenance is essential for safe, comfortable living. We can help maintain a home environment to ensure you or someone you care for continues to live as safely and independently as possible in their own home.

This includes doing small maintenance jobs like unsticking doors and windows, replacing smoke alarm batteries, fixing loose floorboards and replacing light globes. We can also provide garden care to keep your yard looking fresh and healthy for our Home Care Package clients.

We provide respite support and activities, either in your home, in the community, or based in our centre, tailored to your needs and the needs of the person you care for. We also run groups specific to the needs of carers to provide respite and social interaction in a supportive environment.

Social Support Groups

Our Social Support Groups provide activities that enable older people and people with disabilities to live more rewarding and socially engaged lives.

Social Support Groups provide a program of activities that maintains and enhances the life skills of all participants. The program addresses a participant’s physical, social, cultural, emotional, and recreational needs and provides opportunities to stay connected to the community.

There are many reasons to join one of our Social Support Groups:

Transport

To enable people to live as independently and healthily as possible, we understand the need for you to get to places outside of the home and stay connected to the community.

Our fleet of vehicles and drivers provides transport to and from home, to and from our centre-based Social Support Groups and to and from personal or community-based activities.
