Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in developing personalised exercise programs, to prevent and manage chronic conditions or injury. Your needs and goals are identified to develop a program in line with your current treatment received from other health practitioners.

No, you do not need a GP referral to access any of our Health Therapy services. However you will require an assessment by an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist before you start a program.

Yes, we provide services to people with NDIS plans. We offer person-led support that allows you to have choice and control. We work as part of a team, who are all there to support you to meet your goals. For further information, please see our Adults with Disability page.
We are a registered provider for My Aged Care and we can help you navigate the My Aged Care system, coordinate the full spectrum of care needed including assessing our range of Health Therapies. For further information, please see our Care for Seniors page.
