Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in developing personalised exercise programs, to prevent and manage chronic conditions or injury. Your needs and goals are identified to develop a program in line with your current treatment received from other health practitioners.

Our Exercise Physiologists will assess you and may prescribe clinical exercises for the treatment and prevention of a number of chronic health, medical conditions and injuries including:

  • Muscle and joint conditions
  • Respiratory or cardiac conditions
  • Pre and post-surgery
  • Mental health conditions
  • Living with or after cancer
  • Diabetes

Exercise Physiology Groups and Programs

Our Move Well exercise programs are run by physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and allied health assistants. You will need to have an assessment by an exercise physiologist or physiotherapist before starting one of our exercise programs.
