Eating Well with Diabetes
We offer a range of group sessions each year that cover various topics for people living with Diabetes. Session topics include; learning how to make great food choices when living with diabetes, and how to manage your overall health and wellbeing.

Chinese Healthy Eating Forum

Studies have indicated that Chinese people are at higher risk of developing diabetes and other chronic disease related to lifestyle.

Small changes can effectively help to reduce the risk of disease and improve health.

Diabetes Victoria and healthAbility are working together to bring you a Chinese Healthy Eating Forum. In this forum our Dietitian can provide guidance on healthy eating to help you improve your health.

The forum:

  • Does not require registration or referral
  • Is delivered by professionals
  • Is run in a community setting
  • Is delivered in Cantonese
