When visiting for the first time, please arrive fifteen minutes early and check in with reception to complete any required forms.

Parking - Disabled and limited client parking is available under the building. Otherwise parking is available behind the centre and the Eltham Library. Enter off Main Road.

Public transport - Is available at nearby Eltham Railway Station and bus interchange. Wheelchair accessible.

Box Hill, Carrington Road

Parking – There is limited parking available directly behind our building on Cambridge Street. Limited disabled parking is available at the front of our building on Carrington Road. Wheelchair accessible.

Public Transport - We are located directly opposite Box Hill Centro Shopping Centre which hosts the Box Hill Railway Station and a bus interchange. We share a building with Eastern Health and Turning Point health services.

Box Hill, Wellington Road, After Hours Mental Health Nurse Service

Monday – Friday: 6.00pm – 11.00pm

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 2:00pm-7:00pm

Monday, Thursday and Friday: 10.00am – 3.00pm
